Standard orders take 3-4 weeks*, including production and shipping. ‘Rush’ orders take 2-3 weeks*, including production and shipping to addresses in South Africa. Please choose the ‘Rush My Order’ option at checkout, and let us know the date by which you need your sign to arrive.\u00a0<\/span>We will make every effort to ensure your purchased Product reaches you within the stated timeframe, but we make no guarantees, as issues can arise that are outside of our control. *Customs clearance may increase the delivery time for some countries.<\/p>\n \u00a0If you wish to purchase any Product or make use of any Service made available through this Website, you may be asked to supply certain relevant information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information. For full information on what information we collect and how we use it, please see our <\/span>Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n Fitra GLOW reserves the right to change our prices at any time.<\/p>\n Fitra GLOW reserves the right to refuse or cancel certain orders at our sole discretion. You will be informed of any such refusal or cancellation within a reasonable timeframe, and a reason for the refusal or cancellation will be provided.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Imported and Premium GLOW Products – Payment for all signs and products ordered through the Imported GLOW and Premium GLOW online shops is taken at the point of sale. You can choose to pay by PayPal or by using a major credit card.<\/p>\n Custom GLOW Products – Payment is required in full before production can begin. Once you have approved a design, you will receive an invoice via email, which can be paid via Paypal or by using a major credit card. When payment has been made, your sign will go into production.<\/p>\n We are happy to offer a free design service to our customers, providing one or more designs for your approval at no extra charge. If you have a change of mind and wish to amend or cancel your order before the sign goes into production, we will happily offer a partial or full refund. Once a custom sign order is approved and has gone into production, we are no longer able to offer a refund. Please note that a custom sign is automatically approved if “NO” design proof is selected when ordering.<\/p>\n Fitra GLOW offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. Fitra GLOW will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and\/or shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the source of the fault and is at the sole discretion of Fitra GLOW.<\/p>\n Fitra GLOW products include a two-year warranty that covers electrical components when used appropriately. Please be aware that Indoor Signs are not suitable for use outdoors or anywhere they might get wet. Inappropriate use will void the warranty.<\/p>\n Fitra GLOW bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and\/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and\/or hard-wired, Fitra GLOW takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and\/or reinstalling your sign. If your sign has been hardwired in by an electrician, it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under our two-year warranty.<\/p>\n \u00a0We recommend opening your Fitra GLOW parcel upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your sign has been damaged in transit, Fitra GLOW will ensure that a resolution is provided.<\/p>\n Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery of your Fitra GLOW sign to be eligible for a replacement. Damage or faults reported after this time period will follow our general returns and refunds policy and will not be covered under warranty. Note: the delivery date is the\u00a0<\/span>courier delivery date<\/b>, which can be found by following the prompts in your tracking email.<\/p>\n If you believe your item has been damaged in transit and you are within the 7-day claim period, please send an email to your LED Neon Designer or <\/span>glow@fitra.co.za<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>with all of the following:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Fitra GLOW takes all necessary care to ensure our signs are delivered safely to our customers. We use a premium express shipping service that\u00a0<\/span>requires a signature on delivery<\/b>. The customer may request to opt out of the signature on delivery directly through the shipping service once the shipment process has begun. Please be aware that if you choose to opt out of the signature on delivery requirement, Fitra GLOW will take no responsibility for lost, missing, or stolen parcels that have been marked as \u2018delivered\u2019 by the shipping service.<\/p>\n Fitra GLOW Gift Cards are redeemable when:<\/p>\n Fitra GLOW Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n No portion of the Gift Card’s value may be redeemed for any other purpose than to purchase a product from Fitra GLOW.<\/p>\n Fitra GLOW Gift Cards may not be used with any other discounts or promotions.<\/p>\n GLOW Gift Cards may not be purchased using discount codes or any other promotional codes or offer.<\/p>\n Treat your Gift Card like cash, lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.<\/p>\n Gift Cards cannot be canceled or refunded.<\/p>\n Products that are purchased solely or in part with a Gift Card may only be returned in line with our GLOW Returns & Refunds policy which is detailed above.<\/p>\n Products that are purchased solely or in part with a Gift Card may not be exchanged.<\/p>\n Gift Cards must be used in a single purchase. No credit will be given for any remaining value left on the Gift Card.<\/p>\n You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card. Copyright in all designs offered for sale on the Fitra GLOW website and produced by Fitra GLOW shall remain the property of Fitra GLOW unless otherwise agreed in writing.\u00a0<\/p>\n You warrant to Fitra GLOW that you have copyright in, or a license to authorize Fitra GLOW to reproduce all materials supplied by you to Fitra GLOW for the Product. You expressly authorize Fitra GLOW to reproduce all and any of such works for the Product.<\/p>\n You warrant you have the right to use applicable trademarks which may be incorporated in any Product.<\/p>\n You indemnify and agree to keep Fitra GLOW indemnified against all liability, losses, or expenses incurred by Fitra GLOW in any way directly or indirectly connected with any breach of copyright and trademarks or any third party concerning any materials supplied by you for the Product.<\/p>\n All Goods and\/or Services provided by Fitra GLOW may only be used for lawful and ethical purposes. This includes but is not limited to, copyrighted material.
